The Museum of Pop Culture (Experience Music Project)
Music lovers and pop culture enthusiasts can immerse themselves in this architecturally amazing building. Originally intended as museum that would pay homage to Jimi Hendrix’s contribution to the music industry. In addition to this, it was decided that the museum would expand it’s exhibits. It now allows patrons to experience the evolution of popular music as a whole. The 140,000 square foot building is full of imagination and creativity. As a result it will leave you wanting to delve into discovering ways to leave your creative imprint on the world.
Dimitriou’s Jazz Alley
Jazz Alley features A-list artists on a regular basis. With performances in the past from the likes of Peabo Bryson, The Manhattan Transfer and Kenny G. For over 30 years this jazz club has never failed at presenting some of the world’s most iconic and influential musos. You can catch a show and include dinner for a very reasonable price depending on the act you want to see. A good tip is that if you want great seats, make a reservation for dinner. Due to guests who plan on dining, get preferential seating. So make a night of it!
Evergreen Amidst The Urban Jungle
Feeling a like a day trip is in order? Then take a day to free yourself from the urban sprawl that exists from the downtown core and surrounding neighborhoods. Go on and escape to the mountains. You can escape by yourself. Or let someone else do all the organising and worrying about the details. We suggest you take a private tour and relax. Breath in the crisp air of Mt. Rainier and soak yourself up in natures glory. A full day experience will allow you to take in the beauty of Puget Sound, Narada Falls and more. You may even some elusive wildlife like the Roosevelt elk, if you’re lucky.
Seattle Center House
With events on almost every weekend, visitors can be treated to a wide variety of events. With culturally diverse shows, sporting events, poetry reading and more. In fact, from July 2018, you can even catch a free movie on the lawn of The Mural Amphitheatre. The calendar of concerts this year is packed too, with shows from Harry Styles to Andrea Bocelli!
