Yellowstone
First of all, Yellowstone, is the oldest National Park, being established in 1872 by President Ulysses S Grant. As a result, this "national park" status has preserved the tremendous beauty and natural balance of habitat for the generations to come. Which is such a good thing as it is well worth it. The status covered 3,468.4 square miles (8,983 km2) of the parks most spectacular terrain and landscape that will leave you wanting to keep discovering more.
Most noteworthy, it is the national park that really does have it all. Due to breathtaking scenery of mountain ranges, canyons, sweeping valleys, lakes, rivers, waterfalls and more. To also being able to see an enormously wide variety of wildlife quite up close and personal. And the added bonus of the wonder of mother nature bursting forth from the earth utter depths with all the geothermal activity.
Not only a photographers' paradise, Yellowstone is a destination for families and individuals to connect with nature unlike any other place. Get up early and drive through the park to discover the wanderings of wolves, bears, elk, moose, foxes and more. You can also encounter bison during the daylight - however, be warned they're definitely an animal not to be trifled with.
